Why don´t you send a Christmas card?

The Origin of the Christmas Card

According to Britannica Online, the first Christmas card, as the term is now understood, is believed to have been designed by John Callcott Horsley in England in 1843, created for his friend Sir Henry Cole.

  • Here you've got some sites to send cards from:

or if you prefer, you can make your own Chritsmas card in the library and send it to your family and friends. Don´t hesitate and ask the librarian how to do it!!

My favourite Christmas carol

Among all the Christmas songs I have heard, this is my favourite one:

listen to it and if you like it, ask for the lyrics to the librarian and learn it in the library. We can sing it to the little ones at Christmas time!!!
